How can I make a booking at the campsite?

Is a minimum length of stay required?
In high season the minimum stay required on pitches is two nights. As regards mobile homes and glamping accommodations, a minimum stay of two days is required in low and medium season while in high season a minimum stay of one week is required.
Does the accommodation have heating-air conditioning?

All Village and Glamping accommodations (excluding the Raider Tent) are equipped with air conditioning, and the temperature is adjustable.

If family or friends come to visit, what should I do?
Visitors are asked to show and leave a valid identity document at the Reception, so that entry and exit times can be registered. 60 minutes stay is free, beyond it the guest rate indicated in the price list will be applied.
If the guest stays overnight, he is required to inform the Reception and will have to pay the tourist tax in force.
What time can we check in, and what time should we leave the pitch/mobile home?

Check-in Camping:
10:00 AM – 8:00 PM April, October
10:00 AM – 9:00 PM May, June, September
10:00 AM – 9:30 PM July, August
Check-in Village:
2:30 PM – 8:00 PM April, October
2:30 PM – 9:00 PM May, June, September
2:30 PM – 9:30 PM July, August
In case of early arrival, you will be able to use all the Camping services while waiting. On the day of departure, accommodations and pitches must be vacated by 10:00 AM. If you wish to stay beyond the check-out time, you need to check availability at the Reception, which will also inform you about any additional costs.

What should we do if we arrive late?
We recommend checking the check-in times corresponding to the arrival date before making a reservation, to better organize your trip. In case of unforeseen delays due to reasons beyond the customer’s control, please inform the Reception as soon as possible to manage the late check-in.

If family or friends come to visit, what should I do?

Visitors are asked to show and leave in Reception a valid identity document, and sign in and out. If the visitor stays more than one hour, the guest tariff will be applied. Visitors may not stay beyond the campsite's closing time.



Can we use a barbecue on our pitch?

Use of barbecues (gas and charcoal) is permitted on condition that it does not disturb the neighbors or damage the ground, and that the fire is carefully watched
Are the showers free, or do we need tokens?

The showers and hot water are free of charge and do not require tokens.



Is the water in the campsite and toilet blocks potable?

All the water sources on the campsite are potable.

How can I pay the deposit for the village section?
At check-in a deposit of Euro 50.00 or Euro 100.00 will be requested as a guarantee for any damage caused to the accommodation. The deposit can be deposited by credit card (the amount released after checking the accommodation and credited back to the account with times that vary depending on your credit institution will be bound) or in cash.

Is the use of electricity included in the price of the pitch?
The 6 Amp power socket is present in all pitches but is not included in the price of the pitch. The price of electricity is indicated in the price list.
