How can I make a booking at the campsite?


You can make a booking directly from the website or by emailing us.




Is there a minimum length of stay?


There's no minimum length of stay for the pitches.
Other types of accommodation (mobile homes/lodges) must be booked for a minimum of one week in high season.




Does the accommodation have heating-air conditioning?


The mobile homes have air conditioning with adjustable temperature (on payment).


The lodges and Coco Sweet do not have air conditioning.




What time can we check in, and what time should we leave the pitch/mobile home?


Check-in for pitches is from 10,00, and for Mobile homes / Lodges / Coco Sweet is between 14,30 and 20,00. In the event of early arrival, you can use all the campsite's amenities while you wait.
On the day of departure, all accommodation must be free by 10,00.
If you'd like to stay after the check-out time, please check availability with Reception, where you will be told about any extra cost.



 

What should we do if we arrive late?


Please contact Reception, which is open until 21,30.




If family or friends come to visit, what should I do?


Visitors are asked to show and leave in Reception a valid identity document, and sign in and out.  If the visitor stays more than one hour, the guest tariff will be applied. Visitors may not stay beyond the campsite's closing time.




Can we use a barbecue on our pitch?


Use of barbecues is permitted on condition that it does not disturb the neighbours or damage the ground, and that the fire is carefully watched.




Are the showers free, or do we need tokens?


The showers and hot water are free of charge and do not require tokens.




Is the water in the campsite and toilet blocks potable?


All the water sources on the campsite are potable.

How can I pay the deposit?


Deposits are payable only in cash.
